Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use
You must not use the Service unlawfully, send spam or malware, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use it under these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or bypass technical limits.

Your content
You own your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it solely to operate the Service.

Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Billing, tax and refunds are handled by our reseller (Paddle), the Merchant of Record for our orders.

Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Pro access remains until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, or repeated policy violations.

Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
